A platform for the dental industry
Walldent brings dental-industry needs into one platform. My role was project leadership, aligning development, infrastructure, and software delivery so product capabilities could follow a dependable operational path.
Designing for concurrent users
The project brief identifies thousands of concurrent users as a design requirement. Service capacity, data access, and observability need to be considered together. This is design scope, rather than a published load-test result or active-user count.
Automated, traceable delivery
Automating installation and release with CI/CD is part of the delivery approach. Each release needs an identifiable application version and configuration, meaningful health checks, and a known previous version for recovery.
Technical support and operations
Technical support sits alongside development: recording incidents, diagnosing failures, and coordinating recovery. The aim is a clear path from detecting a problem to addressing it. Numerical response-time or availability claims require evidence before publication.
